Creative Dist is a digital product delivered instantly by email after purchase. Because the license and download become available right away, we don't offer refunds once an order is complete — the same standard most software and plugin makers use for digital goods.
When we'll still help
We'll make it right if something on our end went wrong, including:
- You were charged but never received your license/download email.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The plugin is defective and we're unable to fix it for your setup within a reasonable time.
If any of that happens, contact us with your order details and we'll sort it out.
